We can help you bring all the details together and make your dreams come to life so you can enjoy your day worry-free. We will work on your behalf to ensure the accuracy of every detail you have planned for your wedding day. Also known as Day of Wedding Services, and our planners are hired usually no less than 30-45 days prior to your wedding date. Additional fees may apply if booked less than 30 days prior to events.

Consultation Services
- Complete event analysis 30 days prior to your wedding day including a list of outstanding items to be addressed
- Scheduled review meetings
Vendor Arrangements
- Review contracts & confirm all vendor services prior to the event
- Updated Day of timeline and related paperwork
Pre-Wedding Activities
- Direct Wedding Rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
- Provide etiquette advice
The Wedding Day
- Oversee the event set-up and coordinate vendor services on-site UPto 10 Hours
- Provide detailed itineraries to WEDDING party and other participants
- Provide Wedding Day Emergency Kit
